Your healing is worth the investment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I choose Your millennial therapist?

Because you don’t need another therapist who nods, smiles, and sends you home with “just breathe” advice. You need someone who gets the pressure of life, who understands what it’s like to juggle culture, career, relationships, and the constant voice in your head telling you you’re not doing enough.

I’m here to help you spot the patterns keeping you stuck, dismantle them, and replace them with practical tools that actually work in real life—not just in a therapy room. My style is warm but direct, culturally aware, and built for the world you actually live in. You’ll feel heard, you’ll feel understood, and most importantly—you’ll leave every session with takeaways and new tools to try.

Why should I pay for therapy?

Because staying stuck costs you more. More sleepless nights, more overthinking, more “I’ll deal with it later” that never comes. Therapy is an investment in finally breaking the cycle—not just coping with it.

You’re not paying for an hour; you’re paying for the clarity, tools, and emotional freedom that will keep paying you back for years.

If nothing changes, nothing changes. Avoiding the work might feel easier now, but it’s costing you—your energy, your relationships, your peace of mind. Paying for therapy is choosing to stop running in circles and finally do something that works. You’ll leave knowing yourself in ways you didn’t expect— all our clients do.

Can I claim money back for my sessions?

No Medicare rebates, but we do offer Private Health Rebate. We are registered with Bupa, ahm& Medibank. We also have limited sliding-scale spots for students or anyone under financial strain.

Please reach out to us via email.

Do I need a diagnosis or a GP referral?

Nope. You don’t need anyone’s permission to start therapy. Just book in and show up—we’ll take it from there.

You’re here for talk therapy, not paperwork. We’re not diagnosing—you’re already enough. If you do have a diagnosis you’d like to explore, we’ll make space for it.

What can I expect for my first therapy session?

We’ll dive straight into who you are and what’s dragging you down. We’ll sort out confidentiality, how therapy here actually works, and what you're hoping to get from this.

It’s one hour of undivided attention on you—your patterns, your pain points, your “I can’t keep doing this” moments. You’ll leave with clarity, next steps, and probably a few lightbulb moments you didn’t see coming. It’s the fastest way to stop feeling stuck.

By the end, you’ll know if this is the space that’s going to change everything for you.

How do I book my first session?

Hit the “Booking” tab on the site—super easy. Don’t see a time that works? Email us your availability and we’ll sort it for you within 24 hours.

How many sessions do I need?

Real growth doesn’t happen overnight. Therapy isn’t a one-and-done—it’s more like regular maintenance for your mind. I recommend fortnightly check-ins so you’ve got time to process and apply what we cover, but not so much space that you lose momentum. We’ll adjust as we go, based on what’s actually helping you feel better.

Once you feel more grounded, you might drop to monthly check-ins. Let’s co-create what your roadmap looks like.

What would the future sessions look like?

Once we’ve done the groundwork in our first session, we go deeper—unpacking patterns, emotional knots, shifting what’s holding you back, and then craft practical ways to work through them, ones you will actually use in real life (not just in the therapy room). Every session builds on the last, so you’re not just talking—you’re changing.

Like peeling back layers you didn’t even know you had—until you start breathing easier. Each session builds momentum, helping you notice shifts in the way you think, react, and handle life. You’re not here to vent forever—you’re here to move forward.

It’s less “fixing,” more “understanding yourself, deeply.”

What if I need to cancel or want to reschedule my appointment?

Life happens, but canceling last minute hurts more than just your therapist’s schedule. Give us at least 48 hours notice—or the full session fee applies. Shoot us an email—no texts, please.
